Blackpool Zoo

Blackpool Zoo is a must visit if you have young children, set in 32 acres it is home to over 400 animals and its newest feature Gorilla Mountain allows you to get even closer to these magnificent animals.

Pleasure Beach

The world famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach not only host to some of the best rides in the UK, but also offering some spectacular Shows including: Mystique a magical illusion show, Hot Ice with world famous Ice skaters and Eclipse a Circus Musical.

New for 2002 the Spin Doctor ride opening in early August details to follow.

If you are hungry don't worry the Pleasure Beach has a selection of food for all tastes,with licensed restaurant's and cafes such as Burger King and the White Tower Restaurant.

 

The Piers

There are three Piers in Blackpool located at the North, Central and South of the town.

These piers feature many arcade machines/rides and stalls in which you can try your hand at winning a prize.

Entertainment is also available in the theatres at the end of the piers starring well known comedians and singers
